Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using GurukulGalaxy ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Who can use GurukulGalaxy

GurukulGalaxy is an education marketplace connecting students with institutions and gurus (teachers), and providing learning tools such as courses, mock tests and online classes. You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for keeping your account secure. Accounts registering as a Guru or Institution are listed publicly after review.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including posting unlawful, misleading, infringing or spam content, impersonating others, scraping data, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may moderate, restrict or remove content and accounts that breach these terms.

Courses, payments and enquiries

Course listings, fees and payment arrangements are provided by the institutions and gurus who own them. For paid courses that use a teacher's UPI/QR, the payment is made directly to that teacher and confirmed by them; GurukulGalaxy is not a party to that transaction and does not process or hold those funds. Enquiries you send are shared only with the specific institution or guru you contact.

Online classes & Google Meet

Connecting a Google account to generate Google Meet links is optional and used solely to schedule your online classes, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect it at any time.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload (profiles, course materials, posts). By posting it, you grant GurukulGalaxy a licence to host and display that content to operate the platform. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep the platform available and improve it over time, but we provide it "as is" without warranties, and features may change. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GurukulGalaxy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, or for the acts of institutions, gurus or other users you interact with through it.
