How to check TEDS-M scores and find practice items?

Once the TEDS-M is over, will I get a certificate or a score report that I can show to future employers? Also, I really want to see some examples of the "pedagogical" questions before the test day. Are there any official repositories for past items or "released booklets" that I can use to study with my classmates?

TEDS-M does not provide individual "pass/fail" certificates for employment; its purpose is to evaluate the quality of teacher education programs. However, the IEA website has a "Supplement of Released Items" for TEDS-M. These documents contain actual math and pedagogy questions from previous studies, complete with the scoring rubrics used by the examiners.
