What is the eligibility criteria for TEDS-M?

I’m in my second year of teacher training, and I’m not sure if I qualify to take the TEDS-M assessment yet. Do I need to be a "Future Teacher" in my final year of university, or can anyone in an education program participate? I’m also curious if this is only for secondary school math teachers or if primary school teachers are included too.

TEDS-M is specifically designed for future teachers in their final year of preparation. It targets two groups: those training to teach at the Primary level (Grades 1–6) and those training for the Lower Secondary level (Grades 7–9). You must be enrolled in a recognized teacher education institution that has been selected for the study.
