I am currently finishing my degree to become a math teacher, and I heard TEDS-M is the big international standard for our field. Does the syllabus cover just the math we teach to kids, or does it include "pedagogy"—like how to actually explain a concept to a struggling student? I’d love to know the pattern of the questions and if there are long essay-style answers involved.
