When is the PIAAC exam date and where is it conducted?

If I get selected for the PIAAC survey, do I have to go to a testing center on a specific Saturday? I have a busy work schedule, so I’m wondering if the date is flexible or if I have to travel to a different city. I'd like to know where exactly the assessment happens.

The "exam" date is actually an appointment you make with a trained interviewer. They usually come to your home or meet you at a convenient public location (like a library) with a laptop or tablet. The data collection happens in "cycles" every 10 years; Cycle 2 results were recently released in 2024, and subsequent follow-up studies occur periodically depending on the country.
