How to check PIRLS results and find past papers?

After I finish the PIRLS test, will I get a grade that shows how good a reader I am compared to kids in other countries? Also, since I want to get used to the "digital" style of the test, where can I find real practice stories that were used in the past? I want to see exactly how the questions are asked before the real day.

You can find official "Sample Passages" and "Released Items" on the IEA and NCES websites to practice. These include real stories like The Upside-Down Mice to help you understand the question style. Regarding results, individual scorecards are not usually provided to students. Instead, the results are released as a massive international report (the next one is due in late 2027) that looks at how the whole country is performing in reading.
