In addition to exposure to \nsophisticated instrumental tools, the participants will get opportunity \nto do hand-on inside the cleanroom of IIT Mandi. The participants will be given exposure to many \nstate-of-the-art instrumental techniques and demonstrations\/hands-on \ntraining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Primarily these demonstrations include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 &#8211; 2 hours demonstration on imaging using Field-Emission Scanning Microscope (FESEM) and Helium-ion Beam Lithography (HIBL)<\/li><li>Demonstration on X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy (XPS)<\/li><li>Demonstration on thin film formation using spin-coater and characterization<\/li><li>Demonstration on optical lithography (both 365nm &amp;248 nm)<\/li><li>Demonstration on electron beam lithography (EBL)<\/li><li>Demonstration of 100 clean room facility<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This\n summer school will provide a platform for an in-depth discussion on the\n current technologies, tools, strategies and various challenges as well \nas their possible remedies which will benefit young minds from academic \nand R&amp;D institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the participants will get an \nopportunity to interact with the speakers\/instructors closely.
