Students who were allocated the seats in the first round are required to visit the Seat Allocation\/Counselling portal and exercise accept or decline options. In case they fail to exercise the option they candidature will be considered forfeited and they will become ineligible for further rounds of counseling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Following options are available to the candidates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Option 1:<\/strong><strong>ACCEPT<\/strong>&nbsp;the allocated seat and&nbsp;<strong>DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE<\/strong>&nbsp;in further rounds of counseling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Option 2:<\/strong><strong>ACCEPT<\/strong>&nbsp;the allocated seat and&nbsp;<strong>WANT TO PARTICIPATE<\/strong>&nbsp;in the 2nd&nbsp;round of counseling<ins><\/ins><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Option 3:<\/strong><strong>DECLINE\/REFUSE<\/strong>&nbsp;allocated seat and&nbsp;<strong>DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE<\/strong>&nbsp;in the 2nd&nbsp;and 3rd&nbsp;round of counseling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Option 4:<\/strong><strong>DECLINE\/REFUSE<\/strong>&nbsp;allotted seat and&nbsp;<strong>WANT TO PARTICIPATE<\/strong>&nbsp;in the 2nd&nbsp;round of Seat Allocation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students who chose the option 1 and 2 will have to report to the respective AIIMS college by 5:00 pm on Thursday (4th&nbsp;July) with a printed copy of the chosen option and complete the formalities required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students who chose either option 1 or option 2 will be required to bring the following set of documents to complete the admissions formalities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Offer Letter<\/li><li>Registration Slip<\/li><li>Admit Card issued by AIIMS<\/li><li>Self-attested copy of class 10th&nbsp;and 12th&nbsp;mark-sheets<\/li><li>Self-attested copy of the certificate from the board showing his\/her date of birth<\/li><li>Self-attested copy of class 12th&nbsp;certificate as a proof of passing the class from the recognized board<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Candidates will also be required to bring the following certificate as applicable:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>SC\/ST certificate issued by the competent authority<\/li><li>OBC certificate issued by the competent authority for the central Govt. jobs\/for admission in Central Govt. College\/Institute.
